Privacy & HIPAA

We are committed to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your health information in accordance with HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act).

Your records and communications are confidential. We do not share your information with third parties without your written consent, except as required by law โ€” including mandatory reporting requirements related to imminent safety risk.

Good Faith Estimate (No Surprises Act)

Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of your therapy services if you are uninsured or choose not to use insurance.

  • You may request an estimate before scheduling any services
  • If your bill exceeds your Good Faith Estimate by $400 or more, you have the right to dispute it
  • This does not apply to services covered by insurance

Associate clinicians Hannah Drury and Ron Youngblut are Licensed Master Social Workers practicing under Joe's supervision (TX License #68290).
