Group therapy

Healing happens
in community too.

Our therapy groups are structured, clinician-led, and designed for people who want more than just support β€” they want skills, connection, and a space where they don't have to explain themselves.

Shame resilienceVulnerabilityBrenΓ© Brown curriculum

Based on the research of BrenΓ© Brown, Daring Greatly is for anyone tired of armoring up β€” when perfectionism, 'never enough,' or harsh self-talk runs the show. Together we build shame resilience and the courage to show up and be seen. No specific crisis required β€” just a readiness to do the work.

Enrollment closes July 25. A short intro call with a facilitator helps us find your fit before you commit β€” and if cost is a barrier, just ask.

Based on the research of BrenΓ© Brown, Rising Strong is for when you've had a fall β€” a loss, failure, rupture, or setback you keep replaying. Together we reckon with the story, rumble honestly with it, and write a braver ending. It stands on its own β€” no need to take Daring Greatly first.

Seeking Safety uses a curriculum-based format to build coping skills for trauma and addiction β€” specifically for people navigating both at once. Each session focuses on a safety topic, building practical tools for stabilization and day-to-day functioning. This is a closed group, meaning the same members attend for all 12 weeks.

This cohort is now enrolling and we're actively recruiting members. If it sounds like a fit, reach out to join the interest list and we'll be in touch as the start date is set.

Group therapy isn't second-best.

It's a different kind of healing

Individual therapy is powerful but one-directional. Group therapy adds something else β€” the experience of being witnessed by peers, not just a clinician. That changes things.

More accessible, financially

At $20–$30 per session, groups are a meaningful way to access structured, clinician-led care at a fraction of the cost of individual therapy.

Skills you can actually use

Our groups are curriculum-based β€” not open-ended support circles. You leave each session with something concrete: a skill, a reframe, a tool.

Ready to join a group?

Screening and a brief intake are required before attending. Start by submitting a consultation request and note which group you're interested in.
