Group therapy
Our therapy groups are structured, clinician-led, and designed for people who want more than just support β they want skills, connection, and a space where they don't have to explain themselves.

A structured, evidence-based group for people navigating trauma and substance use recovery.
Seeking Safety uses a curriculum-based format to build coping skills for trauma and addiction β specifically for people navigating both at once. Each session focuses on a safety topic, building practical tools for stabilization and day-to-day functioning. This is a closed group, meaning the same members attend for all 12 weeks.
βΆ Now enrolling Β· Mondays
Same curriculum, different cohort β for those who can't make the Saturday time.
Same evidence-based Seeking Safety curriculum as the Saturday cohort β structured, practical, and focused on building safety skills for people navigating trauma and substance use simultaneously.

A deeper, curriculum-guided group on courage, shame resilience, and wholehearted living.
Based on BrenΓ© Brown's research and facilitated by a Certified Daring Way Trained Facilitator, this cohort experience is designed for people ready to do deeper work on courage, vulnerability, and meaningful change. Not currently enrolling β request to be notified when the next cohort opens.
Why group?
Individual therapy is powerful but one-directional. Group therapy adds something else β the experience of being witnessed by peers, not just a clinician. That changes things.
At $20β$30 per session, groups are a meaningful way to access structured, clinician-led care at a fraction of the cost of individual therapy.
Our groups are curriculum-based β not open-ended support circles. You leave each session with something concrete: a skill, a reframe, a tool.
Screening and a brief intake are required before attending. Start by submitting a consultation request and note which group you're interested in.
