Group therapy

Healing happens
in community too.

Our therapy groups are structured, clinician-led, and designed for people who want more than just support β€” they want skills, connection, and a space where they don't have to explain themselves.

Group therapy isn't second-best.

It's a different kind of healing

Individual therapy is powerful but one-directional. Group therapy adds something else β€” the experience of being witnessed by peers, not just a clinician. That changes things.

More accessible, financially

At $20–$30 per session, groups are a meaningful way to access structured, clinician-led care at a fraction of the cost of individual therapy.

Skills you can actually use

Our groups are curriculum-based β€” not open-ended support circles. You leave each session with something concrete: a skill, a reframe, a tool.
