A space where you don't have to explain yourself.

At Houston Heights Therapy, we work with people who have often felt like they had to shrink themselves to fit — in other spaces, other relationships, other therapists' offices. You don't have to do that here.

We specialize in trauma, LGBTQ+ affirming care, and neurodivergent-welcoming therapy. Our clinicians bring warmth, clinical depth, and a genuine commitment to meeting you where you are.

Affordable, affirming, trauma-engaged care.

We provide care for individuals, couples, and groups — with a particular focus on LGBTQIA+ clients, neurodivergent individuals, people of color, and those impacted by trauma.

Every person who comes to us deserves to feel seen, valued, and supported — not managed, not pathologized, not asked to fit a mold. That's the practice we've built.

Our office is in Houston Heights, and we offer telehealth across Texas for those who prefer to meet online or can't make it in person.
