Healing happens in connection. Our therapy groups provide safe, inclusive spaces to explore growth, resilience, and belonging. All groups are facilitated by licensed or supervised clinicians and designed to support trauma recovery, neurodivergent identities, and LGBTQIA+ experiences.
Coping Skills for PTSD and Substance Use
When: Saturdays, 10:00 – 11:30 AM
Format: Small closed group of 3–8 participants
Cost: $30 per session
This 12-week group focuses on evidence-based coping skills to help manage trauma and substance use symptoms without retraumatization. Members learn grounding, boundary-setting, and emotional regulation in a supportive, structured environment.

Therapy Group for Neurodivergent LGBTQIA+ Individuals

Format: Small closed group of 3–7 participants
Cost: $30 per session
A supportive therapy space for neurodivergent LGBTQIA+ adults seeking connection and understanding. Together, members explore identity, self-acceptance, social connection, and emotional regulation through an affirming and neurodiversity-inclusive lens.

Based on Brené Brown’s research, The Daring Way™ helps participants explore vulnerability, shame resilience, and courage. Groups like Daring Greatly and Rising Strong provide space to practice authenticity and build meaningful connection.
