You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining the expected cost of therapy services if you are uninsured or choose not to use insurance.

  • You may request an estimate before scheduling services.
  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 above your Good Faith Estimate, you may dispute the bill.
