Hannah Drury, MSW, LMSW, EMDR Trained

Hannah is a graduate of the University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work (2025) with a Master Social Work degree. From 2023-2024 she interned with Communities In Schools–Bay Area with high-school students facing various emotional and educational challenges. From 2024-2025 she interned with Santa Maria Hostel, delivering individual and group therapy sessions to adults with substance use disorder and co-occurring conditions in an intensive residential setting.

Hannah became a Licensed Master of Social Work in June of 2025. She received training in EMDR in November of 2025. Hannah is passionate about treating trauma, complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues, in clients of various ages.

Insurances accepted include: Aetna, BlueCross BlueShield, and Cigna

Out-of-pocket rate: $80.00 per 50-Minute Session | Sliding scale available based on need

Joe Lenhoff, MSW, LCSW-S, Daring Way Trained Facilitator

Joe is a graduate of Johns Hopkins University (2008) with a Bachelor's in Biology and the University of Houston Graduate College of Social Work (2019) with a Master Social Work degree. During his graduate work he interned with Brene Brown's "The Daring Way" program delivering group therapy sessions about courage, vulnerability, shame, and wholehearted living.

After graduating, he began working in an inpatient psychiatric hospital treating patients in a high acuity setting. Joe then worked at the PaRC in the residential detox treatment center. Here he applied his own knowledge and experience in 12-step recovery to help clients struggling with a variety of addiction issues.

Following his passion for treating underlying mental health issues and trauma, he then worked with veterans at Camp Hope dealing with combat trauma and complex PTSD. He became trained in EMDR and ART in 2023 and utilized these modalities to help combat veterans find peace of mind. His passion to help treat trauma drove him to found Houston Heights Therapy in 2023. Now he works with adults to treat trauma, complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues.
